The James Landing Board of Directors hold the property owner's board meeting on the second non-holiday Tuesday

every other month at 6:30 PM. Meetings are open to all James Landing property owners of record (members).​ We will be meeting at the Beef O'Brady's at Lake Washington and Wickham Road in their private meeting room.

 

The meetings start at 6:30 PM. All James Landing Property Owners are welcome and encouraged to attend all meetings! After the meeting closes owners will have a time to let the board know their thoughts and suggestions.

Annual Meeting is on 2nd Thursday of November:

Thursday, November 12, 2026, 6:30pm  at Wickham Park Community Center 2815 Leisure Way, Melbourne, FL 32935

Annual meetings are held at the Wickham Park Community Center in November each year.

You can enter the park from the Parkway Drive entrance and take a left around the park.

Take the first left (Leisure Way) and park in the parking lot of the Senior Center/Community Center.

The Community Center is the second building on the left.

You can also enter from the Wickham Road entrance and the Community Center is the first building on the right.
